Besides producing edge polishing machines and scrub cleaning systems for oxide & crystal wafers, glass disks as well as FPD products, UTK System is producing its own brushes. Usually the brushes are made from 0.2mm nylon wires and the drams are made from SUS. Brushes made from other materials are available on request.
