Part of UTK's production line for glass disks are two vertical Edge-Brush-Polishing Machines. Model GDBT-V II is for designed to edge polishing the outer edge of disks whereas model BTK-03 is designed to edge polishing the inner edge of glass disks. The machines are designed for 2.5" to 3.5" glass disks, the batch size is 540 pieces and 270 pieces respectively (thickness: 1mm). Both machines use brushes made from 0.2mm nylon wire. The brush rotation speed as well as work rotation speed is programmable.
