the mask. At the on-load side the masks are placed on a roller driven transport system. In the cleaning chamber fast rotating brushes together with liquids, which are sprayed on the masks and sponges/brushes, clean the mask surface and edges. The clean photo masks can be picked up at the off-load-side of the machine.
